I am posting (late) some of the photos during Eezie's 2nd birthday which was held at Ristorante Bigoli in Eastwood, Libis. The theme of the party was "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", Eezie's favorite book, an Eric Carle classic.
At home, a few hours before the party, Eezie woke up with fever. Daddy got so worried that we almost had the party cancelled. Caring friends and relatives pacified and reassured us that a child usually gets feverish on his birthday - which Science cannot really explain. So, we pushed through with the party. True enough, the fever was gone the next day.
At the party, we had a caterpillar food table where guests could pick and munch anything that they like. We had all the fruits that the caterpillar ate from Monday to Friday, and almost all the food that he ate on Saturday, chocolate cake (which was also his birthday cake, salami, sausage, cheese, pickles and watermelon. We got positive feedback from the guests. They were so amazed because the theme was so unique.
Praises and thanks to God Almighty for providing everything...
